On commercial developments, we specialize in conducting end to end Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) for developers including scheduling, performing and following up on various PDIs.

Leasing Services: Our end to end leasing services include initial listing and screening of potential tenants. At pre-listing, we will arrange for cleaning, visual home inspections, video shootings, and recommend any deficiencies to the property owner to ensure the most efficient and effective leasing listing.
